The method
Four stages.
Each one answers a question most service companies cannot answer with a number. None ends in a report, and none requires adding structure.
Stage 01
Capacity
How much your company can bill with the structure it already has today, without hiring anyone.
This is the stage that turns a feeling into a number. We measure the real installed capacity — people, hours, simultaneous deliveries — and compare it with what is actually being used. The gap between the two is usually the largest revenue opportunity in the company, and it costs no media budget and no new hires.

Stage 02
Offer
How much you should charge, and how to present it so you stop competing on price.
Price is not corrected with courage, it is corrected with arithmetic. We review fixed expenses, cost to deliver, current average deal value and real margin — and from there we design the offer ladder: entry, core and upsell. The result is a commercial proposal that holds its price without depending on discount.

Stage 03
Process
Your sale written down, measured and transferable.
This is where the sale leaves the founder's head. We map the current process and the real conversion rates, define the pipeline and the routines, write the approach and closing scripts, train the people who sell and follow the first approaches closely. It ends with targets per pipeline stage, not with a loose revenue target.

Stage 04
Acquisition
Where opportunities come from when referral is no longer enough.
This is the stage most companies hire first — and it is the last one here, deliberately. Opening the tap only makes sense once the house can hold the water: with capacity measured, the offer priced and the process running, every unit of media spend enters a funnel that does not leak. Then we rank channels by cost and effectiveness, define the strategy for each one and put the campaigns into operation. Optional stage, under an extended scope.

Scope and investment are defined in the proposal, presented within two hours of the diagnostic. The diagnostic itself is free and creates no commitment.
Start with Stage 01.
The diagnostic conversation already runs on the logic of the first stage. You leave it knowing where your bottleneck is, even if we never work together.
